I found Niamh’s advice invaluable. She is so knowledgeable about the earth, our native trees, plants and animals . And the advice she offered showed an understanding and love of all living creatures. I have an acre of land and she helped me to think about how to lay it out and what to put where. For example, where the fruit trees would get the best shelter, the type of trees that would grow well on my land, how to improve the soil structure and helping me plan a hedgerow. She asked me practical questions like what plants I use/grow most often, and advised me to position these so that I can access them easily from the kitchen. She knows so much about growing and preserving natural habitats and her love of what she does shines through. Her enthusiasm enabled me to make a plan for my garden that felt doable. I was so overwhelmed thinking about it all before her help. She was so generous in sharing her earth wisdom and I never felt judged for my lack of knowledge or experience. The plan Niamh drew up for me is on my fridge as a source of inspiration and a beautiful reminder of my hopes and dreams for my garden. I would highly recommend Natural Wild Gardens and am so grateful for the advice Niamh gave me. I will definitely be using her services again.
